The Monday morning was slow but then I "chased" Bullet to Chickasha and later made a dealer trade at Stillwater. Tuesday was full of downpours, floods, and storms. While Dave had to fight it all the way to Denton, I lucked out - my Ada job turned out to be a meeting in Norman and a quick run past Waterloo Road in Edmond. I turned down an hourly driving job at Dub Richardson on NW Expressway.
Finally the dreaded appointment (Wednesday) arrived. The news was great - the Dr. said "I don't think it's malignant." The afternoon was spent getting ready for surgery (Friday) at Presbyterian. We had the very best care and assistance all day. We celebrated the relief at Bricktown's Spaghetti Warehouse.
Since she would be on clear liquids Thursday, we had a late dinner at Johnnie's after midweek services.
Thursday was Preachers' Breakfast and tying up a bunch of loose ends. J. had to miss the Caring Sisters dinner tonight.
